Customized Process:
Step 1: Place Your Order
Order a custom hand-drawn pet portrait and your favorite merchandise products.
If you don’t need our designer to draw your pet, you may directly upload a qualified pet photo. We will provide free background removal(limited to one pet image). And your pet image will be used as the design for your custom product.
However, we strongly recommend ordering our custom pet portrait service — the realistic hand-drawn style will make your product’s print effect and artistic look much more impressive.
Step 2: Upload Your Pet Photo & Name
Please provide a high-resolution photo with good lighting. Make sure your pet’s face or full body is clearly visible and unobstructed.
Step 3: Artwork Creation
Our designer will create an illustration or edit based on your photo and send it to you via email.
Your customized products will automatically enter production 2 days after the artwork is sent.
If you need edits, please contact us within 2 days. Once production begins, artwork cannot be modified.
Step 4: Production & Delivery
Your personalized product will be produced and shipped within 10–12 business days after artwork creation confirmed.

Each item is made-to-order please allow 10-12 business days from your order date to receive tracking information.
Every product is custom made, So unfortunately We DO NOT accept exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty. Our team checks every single product carefully and takes pictures of them as a record before shipping.
