Q: Can I customize the jewelry to match my own pet?
Most of our customers choose an existing design from our website that looks similar or have same breed to their pet — and then personalize and engrave it with names, date, or a short message.
This way, the price is more affordable and the production time is much shorter
Q: What if I can’t find a design that looks like my pet?
If you can’t find a similar-looking design on our site, feel free to DM us on Instagram or email us with a clear photo of your pet. We’ll check our design library again and see if we have something close to your pet’s breed or look
Q: Do you offer fully custom designs based on my pet’s photo?
Yes, we do! If you’d like a truly one-of-a-kind piece based on your own pet, just send us a photo. Our master caster will create a fully custom design and shape based on your pet’s photo. The entire piece is meticulously hand-carved, stroke by stroke, It’s not just about capturing the appearance likeness — a custom piece must also reflect your pet’s every glance and smile, capturing the spirit that expresses the bond you share.
The whole process we’ll work with you on the design, share a preview, and confirm everything before we start production.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Made-to-order items (from our existing designs):
Each piece is crafted just for you. Please allow 10 business days from your order date to receive your tracking information.
Custom orders made from your pet’s photo:
These are fully custom creations that require extra time and care. Please allow 6–8 weeks from your order date to receive your tracking information.
Q: How much is shipping Cost?
We offer FREE shipping with in Australia for orders over $100 AUD.
Flat rate $15 AUD for all products ship to New Zealand
Q: Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
We’re working on making our jewellery available worldwide — and we’ll update our shipping information as soon as it’s available.
Q: What is Exchange & Return Policy
Because each piece is individually handcrafted and often custom-made to represent your beloved pet. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty.
Our team carefully inspects each piece and takes detailed photos as records before shipping.
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return postal address.
Any returns sent without prior contact will be rejected.
